Group revenue rose 15 % year-on-year, led by a 13 % increase in PTCL’s core operations, driven by Flash Fiber’s 56 % growth and Business Solutions’ 17 % rise in the same period. The group’s operating profit reached Rs 12.9 billion—a 57 % increase—while reporting a net loss of Rs 1.2 billion due to a one-off pension liability. Ufone 4G posted 15 % topline growth and improved EBIT to Rs 11.9 billion.

“PTCL Flash Fiber continues to lead the market with over 30 % annual subscriber growth, and our enterprise business is expanding rapidly into IoT, data centres and cloud services,” said PTCL Group leadership. The results were presented in Islamabad at a board meeting attended by senior executives and shareholders alike. PTCL’s growth comes against a backdrop of infrastructure expansion, cost optimisation and digital innovation.

The group sealed a landmark Trans-Pakistan connectivity deal spanning Singapore to Marseille, expanded FTTH reach and launched Pakistan’s first 5G-ready smart residential community. Ufone raised 4G penetration to 69.2 % and phased out 44 % of its 3G network to strengthen spectrum efficiency. These milestones reflect PTCL Group’s broader ambition to deliver on the government’s “Digital Pakistan” vision—connecting homes, businesses, underserved regions and industrial zones. In a dynamic eco-system where broadband, enterprise ICT and regional connectivity intersect, PTCL Group is positioning itself not only as a service provider but as a national infrastructure champion ready for the next decade of digital evolution.
