JS Bank Limited has partnered with Covalent to launch “JSense”, a next-generation AI chatbot designed to redefine customer engagement and enhance digital banking experiences across Pakistan. Built on advanced natural language processing and machine learning, JSense will enable real-time, intelligent interactions between customers and the bank. The AI-powered chatbot can understand Urdu, English, and local dialects, making it one of the most inclusive digital banking tools in the country.
