Dr. Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq, Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (TI), one of Pakistan’s most influential education entrepreneurs and reformers, has been awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2026 at Decode Lahore, organized by CxO Global Forum at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

The award recognizes Dr. Mushtaq’s transformational leadership in building globally benchmarked education institutions, advancing large-scale public-sector education reforms, and shaping national education policy and social impact initiatives.
As Founder and CEO of Roots Millennium Education Group, The Millennium Universal College (TMUC), Centre of Law and Security (CLAS), and Change in Education Foundation, and Founder Trustee of Millennium Institute of Technology & Entrepreneurship (MiTE), Dr. Mushtaq has established integrated platforms that combine education, innovation, and entrepreneurship for learners in Pakistan and abroad.
Dr. Mushtaq has also gained international recognition, being named among the 500 Most Influential Muslims in the World for three consecutive years, and holds an Honorary Doctorate in Education from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.
The recognition at Decode Lahore underscores Dr. Mushtaq’s continued contribution to transforming Pakistan’s education landscape and positioning local institutions to global standards.
