Pakistan’s Roshan Digital Account (RDA) continued to attract fresh inflows in March 2026, with overseas Pakistanis sending in $260.8 million, pushing total cumulative inflows to an impressive $12.43 billion. This marked a $19 million increase compared to February’s inflow of $241.8 million, reflecting sustained confidence from the diaspora.
During the month, $223.54 million was either repatriated or utilized locally, leading to a net increase of $37.26 million in the Net Repatriable Liability (NRL). Out of this, $41.65 million was repatriated abroad, while a significant $180.89 million was absorbed into the local economy.

Cumulative Utilization
Cumulatively, out of the total $12.43 billion inflows, $10.01 billion has been either repatriated or utilized. Within this, $2.03 billion has been repatriated, while $7.98 billion has been utilized domestically. This leaves the Net Repatriable Liability at $2.41 billion, accounting for 19.43% of total inflows.
Investment Allocation
A closer look at the remaining funds shows that:
- $538 million is invested in Conventional Naya Pakistan Certificates
- $1.09 billion is parked in Islamic Naya Pakistan Certificates
- $106 million in equity investments
- $607 million in balances held in accounts
- $70 million in other liabilities

Yearly Performance
On a yearly basis, performance remains encouraging. During the current fiscal year, total inflows have reached $1.86 billion , compared to $1.75 billion in the same period last year. Similarly, repatriation and local utilization have risen to $1.44 billion, up from $1.28 billion previously.
Account Growth
Account growth also remained steady, with 7,993 new accounts opened in March , taking the total number of RDA accounts to 917,400. For context, the highest monthly inflow into RDA was recorded in June 2021, when $310 million was received, while the largest drawdown occurred in July 2022, when the NRL declined by $329.51 million.
