Haleon Pakistan Limited (PSX: HALEON) has announced a key leadership transition, appointing Qawi Naseer as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company.

The move follows the planned relocation of the current CEO and Executive Director, Farhan Muhammad Haroon, who will assume the role of General Manager at Haleon South Africa starting June 1, 2025. Haroon will continue to serve in his current role at Haleon Pakistan until May 31, 2025.
The company’s Board of Directors has formally approved the leadership change as part of its ongoing strategic direction.
Qawi Naseer will officially join Haleon Pakistan as CEO on April 28, 2025, and will take over as CEO and Executive Director from June 1, 2025. A formal announcement regarding the change in designation will be issued in compliance with Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS) regulations.
“Naseer is a dynamic and accomplished business leader with a track record of driving transformative growth and innovation in the consumer goods industry. The Board of Directors welcome Mr. Naseer to the Company,” the company said in its statement.
This transition reflects Haleon’s focus on leadership continuity and global integration within its regional operations.
