Deliveries rose by 14% compared to the previous month, with March 30 marking inDrive’s busiest day in the country to date—achieving 1.5 times more completed rides than during the previous Eid season. High-demand items included food and beverages for iftar, festive clothing, and essential medicines, highlighting how deeply integrated inDrive has become in Pakistan’s everyday life.
“This incredible momentum shows that we’re not just a delivery platform — we’re a part of the community,” said Muhammad Awais Seed, Country Lead at inDrive. “Our goal is to support people with services that are fast, fair, and easy to use — especially during meaningful times like Ramadan and Eid.”
Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad led the way in usage, reflecting strong nationwide demand. Users praised the platform’s flexibility, which allows customers to choose couriers and negotiate delivery prices. Courier availability remains a key strength — in Lahore, for example, customers typically secure a courier within 1–2 minutes, with package pickups averaging 6–7 minutes and deliveries completed in under 30 minutes.
inDrive’s tailored business solutions further boosted performance. Businesses benefited from features like multi-address deliveries, batch processing of up to 200 orders, custom delivery routing, and real-time tracking—tools that proved vital for managing Eid-related surges in retail, food, and pharmaceutical sectors.
To enhance delivery security, inDrive recently introduced a delivery confirmation code feature. This new addition ensures every package is safely handed off by requiring a unique code exchange between courier and recipient.
As inDrive expands its footprint in Pakistan, the company remains committed to empowering users through fair, community-focused, and practical delivery solutions—especially when it matters most.
