Telenor Pakistan has launched its next-generation Commission Management System (CMS), a major milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey. Powered by SAP and hosted on Google Cloud, the new platform simplifies how commissions are calculated, managed, and disbursed, offering real-time accuracy and transparency for channel partners. The system was successfully deployed in partnership with Tallymarks Consulting (TMC), Telenor’s system integration partner.

With the new CMS, partners gain instant visibility into their earnings, helping build greater trust through timely and transparent payouts. It also allows for smarter campaign management by delivering data-driven insights, enabling more targeted customer offers. This digital upgrade not only improves operational efficiency but also deepens partner engagement and strengthens Telenor’s customer-centric ecosystem.
The system was formally unveiled at Telenor’s headquarters in Islamabad. The event was attended by top leadership, including CEO Khurrum Ashfaque, CTO Awais Naseem Vohra, Chief Consumer Business Officer Waqas Aman Ullah, and Vice President IT Qurban Ali.
