GNEXT, Pakistan’s official Apple Authorized Distributor and Apple Authorized Service Provider, has opened its first Apple Authorized Service Center in Lahore, with a second center set to open soon in Karachi. This marks a major step forward in premium after-sales service for Apple users in Pakistan, offering certified repairs, diagnostics, and support using genuine Apple parts.
The newly launched service center is located at Dolmen Mall, Lahore, one of the city’s most prominent commercial hubs. Built to Apple’s global standards, the center features modern infrastructure, advanced diagnostics, and a team of Apple-certified technicians delivering fast, transparent, and reliable support.
The launch event highlighted GNEXT’s commitment to raising the bar for service excellence in the country. As part of the opening, GNEXT is offering limited-time complimentary service benefits for customers.

- One-time back damage coverage (12-month protection)
- A 12-month extended warranty, activated after AppleCare expires
To enhance accessibility nationwide, GNEXT is also rolling out GNEXT Collection Points in major cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Lahore, and Karachi. These locations will allow customers to drop off devices for servicing without needing to visit the main service centers.
