DFLP 2025 is tailored for passionate and driven individuals who have graduated within the past year. Ideal candidates will exhibit academic excellence, analytical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership potential. The application window opens on April 21 and will remain active for 14 days. Eligible graduates can submit their applications via the Daraz Careers page.

The selection process includes multiple assessment rounds aimed at identifying top-tier talent from universities across Pakistan. Selected participants will gain hands-on experience, guided mentorship, and exposure to Daraz’s dynamic, fast-paced, tech-driven business environment.

Offering a competitive compensation package, the programme is not only a learning opportunity but also a launchpad for a long-term career within Daraz. Upon successful completion, DFLP participants are placed in key positions within the organization, driving innovation and contributing to its digital transformation goals.

Soha Shaikh, a past DFLP participant from Pakistan, shared: “DFLP was a turning point in my career. It gave me the chance to work on real, meaningful projects while learning from experienced mentors and collaborating with teams across different functions. This mix of hands-on experience and guidance helped me understand how the technology industry works and built the confidence I needed to grow professionally in a fast-moving environment.”

DFLP stands as a reflection of Daraz’s broader commitment to nurturing emerging talent in South Asia and shaping the future of the region’s digital landscape. By equipping young professionals with essential skills and strategic experience, the programme plays a critical role in advancing innovation and sustainable growth in the tech ecosystem.
