Unlike traditional ride-hailing apps that rely on automated pricing algorithms, inDrive allows passengers to propose their own fare and select a driver based on factors like ratings, vehicle type, estimated arrival time, and distance. This approach brings more transparency, autonomy, and fairness to the ride-booking process.

Market intelligence firm Sensor Tower ranked it the second-most downloaded ride-hailing app worldwide for the third consecutive year and fifth in the travel app category. In December 2024 alone, the app was downloaded more than 6.1 million times globally.
