Breaking away from traditional job fair formats, the Reverse Career Expo put Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) at the center of the hiring experience. In a transformative approach, candidates hosted their own booths to showcase their skills, while company representatives visited and conducted live interviews—flipping the script on conventional recruitment.

The event saw participation from HR professionals representing over 450 companies, marking a major milestone in the advancement of inclusive hiring in Pakistan.

“At Toyota, we believe that mobility is about more than just moving people from one place to another. It’s about empowering individuals to move forward in life—towards opportunity, dignity, and independence. This belief lies at the heart of our global commitment: ‘Mobility for All,’” said Ali Asghar Jamali, CEO, Indus Motor Company.

This initiative reinforces IMC’s commitment to its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) agenda and reflects a broader call to action for organizations to create workplaces where everyone can belong and thrive.

Celebrating 35 years of Toyota in Pakistan, IMC considers this partnership a powerful way to give back—by championing opportunity, driving innovation, and building a future where inclusivity is the standard, not the exception.
