Martin Dow Group, Pakistan’s 6th largest pharmaceutical company, hosted its annual technology forum, AIM (Artificial Intelligence for Martin Dow), to spotlight the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in driving business innovation and operational excellence. The event brought together industry leaders and technology experts from SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, and PwC, marking the first-of-its-kind platform within Pakistan’s pharmaceutical sector to discuss the evolving role of AI.
AIM served as a knowledge-sharing forum where thought leaders explored how AI can revolutionize customer experience, boost productivity, streamline operations, and shape the future of fintech. The event also placed significant emphasis on critical topics like ethical AI adoption and data security, ensuring responsible and transparent use of emerging technologies.
A key highlight of the event was a CXO panel discussion that delved into the opportunities and challenges of embracing AI for business transformation, offering diverse perspectives from industry veterans.
During the event, Ijlal Jafri, Group Chief Information Officer at Martin Dow, unveiled the Group’s comprehensive AI roadmap. He emphasized that Martin Dow views AI as a strategic enabler for smarter decision-making and industry-wide impact. “At Martin Dow, we see artificial intelligence as a catalyst for meaningful change. As part of its commitment to technological advancement, Martin Dow also signed strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with TallyMarks Consulting (TMC) for the Rise with SAP initiative and with Integration Experts for Salesforce’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. These partnerships mark a significant step towards Martin Dow’s vision of integrating next-generation technologies to drive innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
