Air Link Communication Unveils New High-Tech Production Facility at Sundar Green SEZ Lahore

Air Link Communication Limited has announced an ambitious expansion with the establishment of a state-of-the-art production facility at the Sundar Green Special Economic Zone in Lahore. This strategic investment marks a significant leap forward for the company as it strengthens its industrial base and positions itself to become a key player in Pakistan’s high-tech manufacturing and export ecosystem.

The new facility, spanning eight acres, will be developed in collaboration with Air Link’s subsidiary, Select Technologies (Pvt.) Limited. Encompassing approximately 1.4 million square feet of covered area, the site will also feature a one-megawatt solar power system to ensure sustainability and reduce operating costs through renewable energy integration.

“In line with its strategic vision, the new facility is designed to support future exports of mobile phones, laptops, LED TVs, electronics, home appliances, and other high-tech products by international brands from Pakistan, reinforcing AIRLINK’s role in strengthening the country’s industrial and export base,” the company said in a statement. “These industrial and retail initiatives underscore AIRLINK’s commitment to expansion, sustainability, and profitability, while positioning the company for long-term value creation and enhanced shareholder returns.”

The project is expected to generate hundreds of direct and indirect employment opportunities, contributing to local economic growth and technological advancement. Air Link’s move comes amid renewed investor confidence in Pakistan’s industrial zones, particularly in sectors linked to electronics and renewable energy. The company’s leadership emphasized that the expansion aligns with national priorities of export diversification and import substitution, positioning Air Link as a catalyst for high-tech manufacturing within the region.
