Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited (PSX: EPCL) has announced key leadership changes following its Annual General Meeting (AGM), appointing a new chairman and chief executive officer as part of its board reconstitution.

The company has named Ahsan Zafar Syed as Chairman of the Board, while Abdul Qayoom has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). These appointments took effect from April 27, 2026, and will remain valid until the next election of directors.
The leadership changes follow the formal election of the board of directors during the AGM, in line with regulatory requirements and corporate governance practices. The company notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange of these developments as part of its statutory disclosures.
