Pakistan Single Window (PSW) launched its official mobile application on Wednesday, marking a major step forward in digitizing cross-border trade management across the country. Designed to expand PSW’s existing digital ecosystem, the app provides importers, exporters, customs clearing agents, and trade stakeholders with secure, on-the-go access to essential trade services directly from their smartphones.

The platform allows trade participants to track declaration progress, review regulatory requirements, and receive real-time customs clearance notifications. Beyond basic tracking, users can view financial and regulatory certificates and submit key operational requests, including declaration cancellations, duty drawbacks, provincial cess exemptions or waivers, and bank guarantee issuances.
The app also features integrated financial tools, enabling users to generate Payment Slip IDs (PSIDs), track paid and outstanding invoices, and complete payments through their personal deposit accounts. Trade officials emphasize that this mobile initiative simplifies regulatory compliance, eliminates cumbersome paperwork, and significantly speeds up overall trade processes for Pakistani businesses.
