Interloop Associate Textile Hub B.V. Acquires Iconic Legwear Brand Bonnie Doon

Interloop Limited (PSX: ILP) has announced that its associate company, Textile Hub B.V., has acquired the well-known legwear brand Bonnie Doon, marking a significant expansion in its global brand portfolio. The development was shared in a stock filing with the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

“We are pleased to inform that Textile Hub B.V., an Associate Company of Interloop Limited, has acquired the Bonnie Doom brand, an established and reputable legwear label, from Bonnie Doom B.V. This acquisition encompasses the global trademarks for the brand Bonnie Doon®, along with associated inventory and e-commerce infrastructure,” Interloop stated in its official disclosure.

Bonnie Doon, a legacy name in legwear, brings with it decades of brand equity, a loyal customer base, and a robust e-commerce setup. The acquisition allows Textile Hub B.V. to strengthen its global footprint while diversifying its brand offerings in the apparel space.
