JW Group, a major diversified conglomerate, has partnered with Robo AI, an autonomous and electric vehicle tech firm, to launch a new commercial vehicle business in Pakistan. The venture aims to develop, assemble, and operate smart commercial vehicles tailored to local logistics, delivery, and industrial needs.

“With Robo AI’s tech and JW’s local muscle, we can transform commercial mobility in Pakistan,” said a JW Group executive. “Our shared vision is to bring more efficient, zero‑emission, and data‑driven vehicles to logistics fleets, reducing cost and emissions.” Robo AI leadership added, “We see Pakistan as a high-potential market. This partnership paves the way for intelligent mobility to scale here.”
The venture plans to pilot electric vans and light commercial vehicles with connectivity, route optimization, autonomous features, and predictive maintenance. Initial rollouts are expected in Karachi and Lahore with target deployments in industrial, retail, and urban logistics corridors. By embedding smart software and sensors, the JV aims to optimize utilization, reduce downtime, and deliver better fleet economics.
This collaboration marks a leap toward aligning Pakistan’s transportation infrastructure with global trends in electrification and data intelligence.
