Mari Energies, formerly known as Mari Petroleum, is a public limited company operating in Pakistan since 1984, engaged in the exploration, production, and sale of hydrocarbons, along with ventures in mineral mining and tech-based services.

Ghani Chemical Industries Ltd., incorporated in 2015 and converted into a public limited company in 2017, specializes in the production, sale, and trading of medical and industrial gases and chemicals.

Together, the companies are exploring ways to harness energy that would otherwise be wasted, signaling a shift toward greener industrial practices in Pakistan’s energy and manufacturing sectors.
