Rabel Sadozai, Director of Marketing and Sales at Fatima Fertilizer, has been honored as the Sustainability Leader of the Year at the Women Leading Change Awards Asia-Pacific 2025—one of the region’s most prestigious accolades celebrating female trailblazers who are driving transformative impact across industries.

Sadozai’s recognition is a landmark moment for Pakistan, highlighting her exceptional leadership in redefining the country’s agriculture and fertilizer sectors through sustainable innovation, gender inclusion, and climate resilience. Her efforts have positioned Fatima Fertilizer as the first company in Pakistan to officially adopt the United Nations Development Programme’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Impact Framework, a bold step forward taken in 2024.
