Jazz Partners with Easypaisa to Extend “CallPerks” for Enhanced Brand Engagement

Jazz has announced an alliance with Easypaisa to bring a new “CallPerks” service aimed at leveraging voice-call channels and digital financial interactions to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty. Under the partnership, Easypaisa users will be able to opt into CallPerks rewards for calls made, converting talk-time into loyalty points, digital-wallet credits or exclusive brand offers.

A Jazz executive commented: “Our priority is to deepen brand engagement and reward loyal customers through meaningful digital experiences.” From the Easypaisa side, a senior spokesperson added: “By collaborating with Jazz on CallPerks we’re making every call count for our users — it’s not just using their mobile line but unlocking value via digital-wallet services.”

The new service integrates tele-communications, digital payments and loyalty frameworks into a unified channel: when a user makes voice calls, they can choose to convert a predefined percentage of their talk-time billing into Easypaisa-wallet value or brand-partner offers. Jazz will promote CallPerks across its 50 million+ subscriber base and Easypaisa will embed the service into its wallet UI, making redemption seamless.

The aim is to drive user stickiness, diversify monetisation and open up new marketing-services revenue. Pilots will commence in key cities during Q4 2025, with full rollout in 2026. The partnership underscores how telecom and fintech convergence is shaping new reward-economies in Pakistan’s digital ecosystem, increasing value for customers and creating new revenue models for operators and wallet platforms alike.
