Demonstrating a commitment to public health and corporate responsibility, the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has launched its 2025 Blood Donation Drive in collaboration with the Indus Hospital & Health Network. The event ran across Karachi, Hyderabad, Multan, and Bahawalpur, mobilizing employees in a spirit of compassion and national service.
The initiative featured awareness sessions, followed by full-day donation camps where NBP’s staff voluntarily contributed blood to support critical healthcare needs. Donors received complimentary health screenings, including tests for key indicators such as Hepatitis B & C and HIV—highlighting NBP’s focus on both community well-being and donor care.
NBP President Rehmat Ali Hasnie stated, “As the Nation’s Bank, leadership must reflect empathy and action. This campaign not only saves lives but also fosters a culture of public service and compassion.”
With widespread participation and strong backing from senior leadership, NBP has set a commendable example among public sector institutions—using its organizational footprint to make a tangible impact in healthcare. The drive strengthens the bank’s image as a socially conscious leader, committed to lifting national welfare through meaningful engagement
