“PTCL Flash Fiber continues to lead the market with over 30% annual subscriber growth, and our enterprise business is expanding rapidly into IoT, data centres and cloud services,” said the Group’s senior leadership. The growth momentum is underpinned by strategic investments in network expansion, fiber rollout and enterprise solutions, positioning PTCL Group as a key enabler of the government’s digital vision. In parallel to financial performance, PTCL Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CEQUENS at GITEX Global 2025 to launch Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) offerings targeted at Pakistan’s enterprise market.

Asif Ahmad, Group Chief Business Solutions Officer, commented: “Our partnership with CEQUENS marks a significant step in PTCL Group’s journey to evolve as a digital enabler for Pakistan’s enterprises. With CPaaS, we are equipping businesses with scalable, flexible and innovative communication solutions that will redefine how they engage with their customers.” Nermeen Sobhy, SVP Carrier Relations & Wholesale at CEQUENS, added: “We are proud to collaborate with PTCL to extend our groundbreaking CPaaS solutions to businesses across Pakistan.

Our platform brings businesses closer to their customers by allowing them to deliver consistent, omnichannel communication experience across multiple touchpoints.” The CPaaS initiative offers enterprises access to SMS, voice, WhatsApp, chatbots and other digital channels via PTCL’s cloud and carrier infrastructure, significantly reducing time-to-market and cost of deployment. Together, these developments highlight PTCL Group’s dual strategy of growth through both consumer connectivity and enterprise digitisation—enhancing value for shareholders while advancing national ICT capability.
